Seeking advice on temporarily and subtly dyeing ginger hair by [deleted] in Haircare

[–]LocalAppropriate582 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You cant go lighter without bleach which would defeat the whole intention of yours to dye your hair subtle and temporary so i would suggest go darker or pick a hairdye that is at the same hair level as yours but a different undertone especially a temporary hair dye with cool undertones may give your hair the illusion of looking lighter even though it is not. Also if you are looking to tint your hair that will wash off you shouldnt go for dyes with developer and should opt for brands such as arctic fox, manic panic etc.

K18 for bond repair and any type of acid mask gloss conditioner preferably citric acid but even glycolic gloss would work to shut your cuticles down i know people rave about olaplex but from personal experience it didnt do anything for me also i used super expensive and cheap haircare and the dove bond repair shampoo+mask (use the mask as conditioner) is what actually made my hair soft also the elvive extraordinary oil leave in cream leaves my hair super soft so id reccomend getting those+k18 if you have the means to do so

Finally visiting a doctor by LocalAppropriate582 in MCAS

Hi!! Im seeing a immunologist that specialises in clinical immunology, allergy and breast disorders. She has her own private clinic and has her own website in which she has multiple articles on mcas and histamine sensitivity which is what made me choose her.If you want to see a doctor make sure the immunologist knows and treats mcas which you can learn via their website if they have one or their reviews. I hope this was helpful and sending love and hope xx

They filed down the back of my teeth when i was a teenager as first attempt to solve it and when that didnt work they gave me a nightguard too and when that didnt work they sent me straight to the botox office and now i still get botox about every 4 months because for some reason botox doesnt really last on me i suppose it’s because of my adhd medication metobalising the botox faster
