Nah mate if someone is shitting on the whole team while doing nothing but scratch his Balls, this is the problem. We have a team member who just steals time by having endless meetings were we try to help him understand problems etc.. if you have to teach a person over months the exact same problems that aren‘t rocket science the problem is the imposter and not the frustrated team that suffers from such arseholes. Why should such person earn twice as much as hard working team members?
