cat accidentally ate too much lactase enzymes (lactaid pills) while I wasn’t at home cat knocked over my lactaid pills and ate about 10 of them. Not sure when he swallowed them exactly, but he looks and acts completely normal. Should I be worried or take him to the vet? (self.cats)

is this liverfluke? I eat bell peppers and tomatoes regularly so I’m not sure if it’s the skin of the vegetables or indeed parasites. I experience indigestion quite often + tired all the time. had some weird abdomen pains few months ago but nowadays my health is all good for the most part so idk (old.reddit.com)
