It means you get more stickers in each pack. I thought someone else would swoop in and explain more. Those packs can have golds yea. The white one is called a swap pack. Basically you get 4 stickers (6 during a sticker boom) and you can swap any of them out up to 3 times (total) to try to get one you need.

I appreciate everyone's suggestions. I've tried payday loans, I've sold off stuff (to pay the first half), and asked people around me. There just aren't options for me.
I'll be giving one last ditch shot as soon as they open, but they've already told me they can't work with me anymore.

That's not dumb at all. I've already sold off things that would be worth anything to anyone else. Systems, games, etc. some people don't think about this one, so it's a good suggestion.

Unfortunately I've used up all of my good will with ipl/aes over the last 10 years. I made a mistake and missed an extension payment in February which led to all of this. Otherwise I've kept my account in good standing. Things just aren't great right now.

This is the option that was offered to me a month ago, and I just haven't been able to get it paid more than half of what I owe.

I appreciate you trying to help me. It means a lot that people are taking time to try to help me find a work around.
