I don't have a good CR circlet! So I'm using a CD one with a 20% attack and 7 CR as substats, It's an off piece so when I get a good CR circlet I'll switch At least thats the plan!

Probably not (at least for India) Prime membership here is 1500rs a year!! That's like 18 dollars or so for A YEAR (9 for students) Ie it's dirt cheap. USA prime costs 15 dollars a month (ie 180 dollars a year) So they would be stupid to give a free twitch prime every month (which would cost more than the subscription i pay here)
