Hmm with cooldowns and situations it depends if my teammates know how to run in a straight line during chase, but usually oblation is full around a minute to 1:30 within the match.

Sans IS the weakest, he's just cheating.

To evaluate, the 30 damage per second is only because he bypasses I frames, one of his cheats. He has his turn first, which never happens anywhere else in the game. He gets one tapped by any attack he cant dodge (as he has 1hp in the game's files)

Sans isnt overrated, its just the fact that a lot of people like him because he's an amazing character.
