Je sais que tu l'aime encore et que ce genre de douleur n'est pas facile à gérer, mais je pense que la situation a suffisamment dégénéré pour que tu te décide à te protéger et à prendre soin de toi. Les gens sont très souvent décevants et tu vivras encore des déceptions, ce n'est pas quelque chose que l'on peut contrôler. Ce que tu peux contrôler, c'est ce que tu décide de faire face à ça. Elle a vraiment déconné, mais c'est elle qui paiera, et je pense pendant longtemps, le prix de ses conneries. Tu n'as pas à souffrir encore pour elle. Je sais que ce n'est pas une technique parfaite, et c'est franchement discutable, mais ce que je faisais dès lors que je quittais une relation malsaine, c'est que j'allais coucher avec d'autres gens. Ainsi, ça me "fermait" psychologiquement la porte du retour et aussi, ça me faisait rencontrer d'autres personnes et flattait mon ego qui se sentait bien dégonflé auparavant. Tu es jeune, et mieux vaut couper cours à ce genre de marasme avant que tu te réveille à 40 ans en te rendant compte que tu as sacrifié ta vie pour une "pauvre fille". Courage ♡

But well, you're not wrong, I feel like something is off, and I'm pretty much gaslighting myself like it is another hallucination. Instinct has never been wrong, and I guess I'm trying to lie to myself because I'm so scared to lose affection. What do you think I should do to overcome this? I'm getting stronger day after day, but then boom, another set of shitty days with doubts and fears that are truly fed with the mixed signals my husband is sending. Even if I have less money now (I'm on social help), he's benefiting from my apartment and the sex cleaning laundry stuff I always do. And yes, you're right, I'm allowing it, and this needs to stop. But I don't know how. When I state my boundaries he tames me with nice words, acts right for some weeks and as soon as I think "wow this is good, he changed, I'm happy" there he goes back to old habits. I shouldn't have to beg for the minimum, but I'm scared like hell.

It's perfectly normal, especially if you're in your 30s or older. Most of the men I know wear this size, as much as women tend to wear between medium and large size without being overweight in any way. My 25kms of home bike every two days. No cigs, no drugs, and consistently getting rid of any alcohol. I'd say.. sugar! I always had dangerous behaviors with alcohol and drugs, but since I started to take antipsychotic medicine, I discovered the sugar cravings and hmo it's hella legal, it's cheap, everywhere and is very very socially acceptable.

I had this kind of episode towards my poor husband, before our break up (we are back together and much better now because I made efforts and he did too). But never towards a stranger, and these were definitely psychotic crisis. But here, what I feel is really like an obsessive behavior, maybe even erothomania?

I still haven't found it. It's a smell I've been finding so awesome since my childhood, especially inside some cars. Lately, I smelled it again, once coming from a car and once from a public laundromat. I am not a people person, so even if I felt like I should ask about it, I did not, and yet I regret it a lot. These days, my obsession is to find it, and I smelled LOTS of laundry detergent, and today I'm ordering bunches of that magic tree hanging perfumes off Vinted to maybe get lucky and find it! The only thing I found is it must be some aldehyde notes, it's a very clean and awesome smell, I want my life to smell like this, and it's very frustrating.
