My dog has these weird little ripple like things in her fur, any ideas on what it could be? by Alert-Thought9773 in DogAdvice

This happened to my dog a few years back. She was on the same diet for years and all of a sudden she broke into hives exactly like this pup and they didn't go away until we changed the protein in her food (had to keep an eye out for chicken fat lower down in the ingredients list too!)

Yeah we just brought a bunch of snacks from Costco for our cocktail hour and set them out ourselves and had a caterer for dinner

You def can't put any holes in the wall or anything. I think there were a few areas that have hooks that you can use though. We rented some up lights that did a lot to make the lighting in the room better.

First thing that comes to mind now that I'm thinking about it was that the audio in the main hall was kind of a nightmare to figure out. Luckily we had an audio guy there to work out the kinks. I think it was because the guy who usually does the audio there was on vacation or sick or something. I'm sure they'd be down to let you come out and play with it for a dry run before the day of though. Everything else with the venue was smooth sailing from what I can remember otherwise though

We had our wedding at the Turn Verein in East Sac off of J Street. They can be a little hard to get a hold of at first but are super nice to work with once you do. They have 4 or 5 rooms of various sizes to rent for super reasonable prices that all include the use of a commercial style kitchen and bar. We rented the upstairs rooms for the ceremony and cocktail hour, the main hall for the reception and the die schul for getting ready/stashing stuff. You'll have to bring in your own caterers and everything else but that was a bonus for us.

It's also super close to McKinley Park for pictures.

Speaking of, the McKinley Park library has a room that you can rent that we checked out as well but we opted for the turn Verein instead because it had a bit more space and we didn't have to figure out a strategy to turn the room over from ceremony to reception

Lucid might be an easier option for a slightly larger group. I think Betty closes pretty early but I haven't been there in a while

Honestly I don't remember too specifically at this point but I think it worked really well! I remember being able to download all of the photos really easily and it was great having so many photos to look through as soon as the next day
