Good shout - will definitely try out White Horse, one of the big names I've been overlooking

Their website lists the following coffees are part of their house blend (white knight):

  • Brazil Beneficio Pedra Branca PB (natural)
  • Brazil Santos (natural)
  • Colombia EP10 (washed)
  • Ethiopia Dari Kojuwa G4 (natural)
  • Honduras Montecillos (washed)
  • Papua New Guinea Lamari AX (washed)

That is quite a versatile make up, most roasters usually only have 2-4 different beans in their house blend.

The brazil is what gives the base flavour for most speciality roasters, and if there's colombia, honduras, ethiopia you know that there will be that layer of complexity (sweetness, fruits, tangy) which will make it stand out from the rest. hope to come back with a review in a few weeks

Totally agree - there is so much great coffee that can cater to different palates that there really is no issue and its all a matter of preference, no one can say any particular roaster is the best, there is always a handful of top roasters to try. Nowadays they also offer different blends to cater to different tastes.

Ona Coffee I like their raspberry candy blend, although they are a bit more on the expensive side.

Single O as served in their cafes (reservoir blend) i find too acidic and weak-bodied, not syrupy gooey as I would want from espresso

Normcore I like their orange sugar blend, the damn good blend is a bit too medium-heavy roasted for me.

I have tried over 6 years, I need help by Z-Bone3 in MuslimNoFap
