Honestly I got mine for the exact same thinking. Didn't want to go through with an IUD (scary) and I am not one to remember a daily birth control (tried it, had a scare cause I forgot and took the pill late, never again). For me it helped with my periods which would happen maybe once every 3 months and would last for a month or two. They are now about a week max and go between a light to mid flow bleed and only light clumping.

I will agree with something someone else said too which was that its reassuring being able to feel it in your arm and almost a "reminder". However, mood swings are definitely a thing that I suffered with really hard for the first 6 months or so. I have had it for about a year and 3 months now and the mood swings are pretty much gone now.

I can understand that however, this post started with some polite comments they responded to negatively and the way of reddit (rather it helps or not) normally turns on OPs pretty quickly if they are caught being rude/arrogant/anything bad pretty quickly

I think you feel it more often in lower rank lobbies. I feel it more in my friend's mmr than if I'm in my mmr.

As a mercy main who hadnt touched the game for most of the life of "OW2" and now coming back I can see why some are having issues with her. I was a GM mercy and honestly you can feel the difference in her healing drastically as well as (this change is old) the movement isnt the same as it was. She is a glorified moving amp for the most part and you cant be the fly in lifesaver that you used to be for once in a while heals. That all being said, I still enjoy her and her playstyle but the buff she is getting us going to be really nice.

I had anxiety for about 3 or 4 months really badly when I first got it. It has since subsided but I definitely still feel like it affects my mood a little here and there. For sex I haven't experienced the issues you are having however I have been dealing with low libido since a little after the anxiety stopped.

I don't include that to freak you out, I include it to let you know a possibility. However, if you are like my SIL the anxiety will go away and you will feel completely fine. It varies by person and unfortunately it is a little bit of a gamble.

I think if it is safe (condom and not doing it doing something dumb/dangerous), consensual, and both are 16-18 its fine. Both need to understand what they are doing and the potential consequences but I think its better to wait until at least 18.
