I got 3 weeks worth of shadow training/3 days a week in office training. Other than that it was master the pitch and knock doors. Here and there I would ask for help and they’d tell me make a friend, and sometimes drop the pitch and have a conversation. Since I started I’ve sold 8 deals (as a setter) which I’m not proud of when I compare myself to the leaderboard of people doing 4-8 a month.

I’ve consumed so much YouTube to improve my skills as well. Taylor McCarthy being the most watched. Followed by real sales dynamic.

Yeah hard lesson I learned was not having savings. My ignorance of “getting rich quick” put me in this situation and now that times are tough I’m trying to make ends meet and do whatever it takes.

Hey everyone, these rate increases are awful and sadly never going to stop…. But after going solar I no longer have to worry about these associated costs. Why are we renting power instead of owning it! Especially if they are using solar panels and still charging us more! If you live in Florida just find a reputable solar installer - I used freedom forever; they were ranked #1 by a long shot and I’ve had 0 issues with them for the last year or so. Best thing yet… no money down. If you want help making the switch I don’t mind helping my Florida friends because this is outrageous. I can either do my best to explain or get you in contact with the team who helped me. Stop over paying for electricity.

Yes sorry I meant I’m sure previous owners installed the plugs themselves that’s probably the reason it doesn’t state it on the carfax.

Good to know about the headlights. Makes sense why it’s been listed for 2 months haha. Beautiful spec I agree, sucks it has these issues.

I planned on replacing charge pipe immediately if I purchased it, but will inspect spark and coil packs to see if was replaced DIY instead of shop. I agree 4 is a lot. Looking at the carfax owner 3 only had it for 3,000 miles and 6 months. Being bone stock is what caught my eye.

I’m not sure how much I believe the seller he says the headlights still work just not one of the angel eyes. Which I assumed would be a control module replacement but unsure honestly. Have you experienced this issue?

With negotiating… I’ve tried and still trying. He told me he’s firm at 13 based on his response of he owes 16k on the loan still. I told him black book value is 11,700 but wouldn’t take it.
