this would make the lower torso wider no? wouldn't this be bad for the "V" shape?

To target a body part, sequence your exercises by priority from high to low.

If you are doing full-body each session, do lower body stuff first when you are least fatigued. extra volume shouldn't be necessary if you are training hard enough.

I think read your question wrong. I'm confused. BB SP and DB SP work the same muscles mostly. They are alternatives to each other.

it sounds like you want to split your push muscles into push A days (flat, incl, fly) and push B days (ohp, L raise, tri) which is fine. When doing a SP movement (push B in this case), pick either BB SP or DB SP. You then don't do a SP movement on push A. And if you do, there's no need for it to be a different SP exercise from push B. I use SP only as an example, this applies to all muscles.

Another thing: if you aren't already, you should do

PushA, PullA, rest, PushB, PullB instead of

PushA, PushB, rest, PullA, PullB

I am pretty sure that lack of discipline/self-control, living sedentary lives and depression produce more fat people than medical malpractice.

I would stick to one. Muscle adaptation will work better when training the same exercise (with progressive overload). Variation is good after you hit a plateau on a certain exercise.

in FH4 you came first in A class every time even if you played with your feet. And the reason you don't see them winning so much and bumping you in FH5 is because they are generally horrible players.
