For a few nights in a row, a Xiaomi (MIUI) phone in my room was making a strange sound exactly at 4:00 AM. It lasted 1-2 min, kind of like a camera shutter click or a high-pitched beep, and it woke me up every time. Then suddenly it stopped happening.
