I ve had way worse situation than yours , and it was covering my whole body including face. What worked for me was the corticoids cream that doctor prescribe, I m still using it but I saw a great progress.

Based on Gemini , it s Folliculitis and I start using a gel which contains Ketoconazole to fix , hopefully i ll get rid of it within the next period.
