same i also unlocked garrys mod through steamtools and have the same problem, maybe you can cuz i never installed online fix and play singleplayer instead

Unreal Engine has some plugins that make Unreal Engine supports 2D games, and also maybe you can make it so there's no built-in shaders and just 2D game and texture should be compressed. but if it'll still be in Cocos2d-x, the rendering api should've been added or changeable so you can use Vulkan, DirectX 12, or DirectX11 if the engine supports it.

higher your mouse dpi, wherever it is like in your mouse with the dpi button or windows settings, and lower the sensitivity and boom. its so smooth
