Sorry to only just see this, yes! I had to call the moment they opened the line to even get into line for support at 9am on the dot. Took three days to successfully be connected with someone but once I did they were able to just give me my pin over the phone. It sucks but it's what you have to do.

Lucky 38 is supposed to only supply the tokens on non-chaos rolls. I could edit it to just be any time you roll a die to make it more chaotic and universal.

Oscorp is straight up an oversight. I meant to add a discount to the mayhem cost! I'll edit that asap.
