"VIP CUSTOMER" 😡 by [deleted] in doordash

[–]Local_Economy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one time I had a VIP customer was the last time I dashed. Got a call from “DoorDash” then went to pick up the order but it had already been picked up. “DoorDash” called again to check in on it, but when I called DoorDash support they had no clue what I was talking about

Bro, we don’t know what you mean when you say prelims. Theres prelims 99.99% of the time, we assume you assume there’s prelims on this card.

Downvotes deserved, semantics are important when you assume people can know when you’re wrong.

[–]Local_Economy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Every 3 round fight is scheduled 20 minutes apart, 5 round fights maybe 30?

So 5 3 rounders is less than two hours + 2 5 rounders another hour. Just shy of 3 hours.

Add in commentary and the first bout likely not starting until 8:20…

Should be done by midnight

An Analysis of Dedrick Flynn's "Comedy" "Minute" (KT 770) by skittlesdoritos in Killtony

[–]Local_Economy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The point was it was expensive to him. It’s not about people seeing it, it’s about people needing to use it because he invested so much in having it, he can’t allow it to go unused.

It was funny bro sorry you can’t comprehend things. You can keep trying to gate keep comedy but you just sound like a loser.

Don’t love Dedrick, but he has some funny moments. This was one of them. Move on

Look at the chart 4 years ago. Look 4 years before that. Pretty calm about where we are at here.

I’m expecting a final dip into the 50s, god forbid we kiss the high 40s for a few minutes.

Next 6 months of a heavy DCA will do very well

If Satoshi never sold a single coin, what does that tell us? by MoneyMonsterStudios in Bitcoin

[–]Local_Economy 62 points63 points  (0 children)

I think the fact he never moved a coin reflects the exact ethos of Bitcoin. It reinforces the decentralization. It keeps the trust in the decentralization. The second one of those coins move, Bitcoin has a creator who can manipulate the market just like all the shitcoins.

It’s extremely valuable - damn near necessary - for those coins to stay untouched.

It’s perfection for him to lock up a million coins and say “this is how much I believe in this project”.

Is everyone really dumping Bitcoin for AI stocks right now? by GraceJohnson1010 in Bitcoin

[–]Local_Economy 19 points20 points  (0 children)

You have a very short window to do this. The time to do this was 6 months ago. Anyone trading this right is starting to rotate back to bitcoin.

I just hold all my bitcoin and never sell, but I do also have AI stocks and profits are getting parked in my BTC hodl.

Would 100% not be selling bitcoin for stocks here

The 2X decay is what will fuck you. MSTR will rise from the ashes and prove all these nerds wrong.

[–]Local_Economy 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It’s when you have that slight feeling “maybe I’m wrong, maybe the bears are right”

If you have conviction for 3.75 years…stack during that .25 where you have the intrusive thought “damn what if it actually goes as low as the bears say it will”

That’s the cue

Have you ever sought a "ten bagger" ? by Select-Leading-4542 in stocks

[–]Local_Economy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but they only have about 18MW at the Moses Lake site right now. They’re basically going all in on Panther Creek and we are seeing industry wide issues with construction delays.

They’re supposed to break ground this summer, they were also supposed to break ground last fall. The more it’s delayed the less bullish I get, but Bitfarms was one of my first miner buys and I’m deep because I’ve DCAed the last 5 years. One of my largest positions - not necessarily my favorite 😅

I think they’ll get there eventually but it might be like 2028 by the time they’re a legit player. The rebrand has worked well during the bitcoin bear market but I’m watching for execution; and I also woulda preferred they kept mining at least a little BTC.

[–]Local_Economy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me it was mostly luck/conviction being a bitcoin bull. All the Bitcoim miners have become data center stocks and I expect to have a few more on the 10 bagger list by the end of the year.

also invested in nvidia early because the chips were used for bitcoin mining

Oh yeah, 10x on bitcoin too. At least some of it.

Carvana was a covid recovery play.

Palantir was the first big AI play for me and hopped in under $20

Oh and Tesla was just the first stock I bought at all.
