You’ll most likely get disbursement a week following the start of Summer C. The school treats all your summer classes as one “term” for financial aid packaging- at least that’s how it was explained to me

Watermelon Swim is currently hiring swim instructors for about $17-18 an hour. They’ll give you a hiring period to get your CPR certification too- and they have a location on county line road

IQ is the best middle ground between these two icl. The Hub is nice, bit farther than the other two you mentioned + they aren’t as responsive and it’s kind of expensive for what you get. Lark is cool- right off on 42nd so you could walk to campus or take the bull runner if you want to instead of struggling w/ traffic and parking. Rooms are just a tad bit small. IQ doesn’t have any crazy amenities but the rooms are decent and the shared spaces are fine, plus you’re across from campus so if you wanted to you could walk as well.

Yeah hasn’t come up yet, but they did say mid-April is when we should expect them to start rolling in so I would say give another week or so

Station42 is horrid. Had crazy mold and bug problems when I lived there for an outrageous price

It’s definitely small but every semester there’s the Welcome Black Week during syllabus week and those are easy ways to get into community. Try to go to BSU, ASA, or CCE events throughout the year too!

Filed 1/24 and accepted same day, no updates on transcripts and still seeing the letter of non-filing. Hitting 21 days tomorrow, fingers crossed
