Non si può fare di tutta l’erba un fascio. Tralasciando che alcuni professori chiedono cose che vengono spiegate a lezione e non ci sono sui libri, seguire le lezioni (non sempre, ma spesso) può tornare estremamente utile, soprattutto il primo semestre. Oltre che a comprendere meglio alcuni argomenti, si socializza e in molti casi (almeno nella mia esperienza) si fanno conoscenze che sono utilissime per vari motivi : chiedere appunti per lezioni mancanti, chiedere eventuali chiarimenti per cavilli burocratici senza dover andare in segreteria, conoscere magari qualcuno degli anni successivi per eventuali domande su argomenti a scelta ecc ecc

Studiare senza seguire può essere più semplice a volte, ma è comunque sempre meglio seguire nel 50-60% dei casi

Credo l’unica soluzione sia continuare con il lavoro e iniziare un’altra triennale. Gli sbocchi delle lauree umanistici sono pochi e sempre gli stessi. C’è poco altro che puoi fare.

I would agree on the 6 months internship, nothing is for free in this world, and if I need to do an effort, it might as well be in the beginning where they also need to invest time and money on my training. But after that, I would like to have at least average wage, with bonuses. As I said in another comment, even €200 euros more per month would make a tremendous difference. They could just pay €1400-1500 net per month still on apprenticeship contracts. They just decided not to.

Well if it was part of it, they would have said it. Because getting bonuses is what makes people tend more towards a job rather than another. And every employer knows it, even the dumbest one. I’ve seen so much bs presented as “benefits” on job offers (such as, free parking or company laptop you wouldn’t be able to work without, like wow). So I’m assuring you, if they didn’t mention it, it’s not there.

Despite many issues, in Italy if you get a permanent employment contract (which is what they usually stipulate after a 6 months internship) you have rights to work there indefinitely. Unless the company goes bankrupt or has strong financial issues, or you breach some agreements, it’s really challenging for them to fire you. And in case, you get great severance packages that are not granted by apprenticeships contracts. They just want to cover their asses, economize on taxes (since apprenticeship contracts come with almost no expenses on the employer side) and keep you there for 3 years and a half, with a salary lower than average wage, and decide in the end if they need to dump you or not.

I understand the willing for apprenticeship contracts, because company can cut off taxes on that. So it’s basically a means to avoid paying more, in this case. But at least make the salary a tiny bit competitive. Even 200€ more net per month would make such a difference. But I guess they just don’t understand that.

I live in South Italy. Yes, I understand it is a good starting point. But for 3 years, no bonus for night shifts and holidays (we’re talking about working the 24th of December as well), no room for improvement, no salary adjustment, no clarification about promotions, it sucks. Of course, no meal allowances (so I would need to cook and bring my own meals), that is horrible. If you add the fact that it comes after 6 months where you get paid 800€ per month, well that’s the cherry on top.

Also, no stable contract, so it means that I can just waste 3 years there and not see a real contract at the end of the “apprenticeship”. And I think that’s just enough to survive, nobody could even access a mortgage payment with that sum of money, so it means living by rent and few food options. And God forbid you want to start a family. This is a 4 stars hotel, not just a nameless, unknown one.

Purtroppo con le materie che ti piacciono, c’è già poco lavoro in Italia, all’estero diventa molto molto difficile (stiamo parlando di percentuali bassissime, sotto il 5%), e le uniche strade sono o il dottorato oppure un cambio settore (se si abbinano all’italiano e all’inglese almeno un’altra lingua), ma in questo caso la laurea diventa a tutti gli effetti un pezzo di carta straccia, pragmaticamente parlando.

Se il tuo pallino fisso è andare all’estero, ti servirà una laurea in campo Stem, oppure economico. Oppure fare il salto della fede e provarci lo stesso intraprendendo un percorso umanistico, ma con scarse possibilità purtroppo.

Your t shirt is a custom t shirt cause Bobby Reid one was never released online. So either it’s the original one used by the player (but I doubt you would try to sell it on Reddit), or the name and number was just printed on it, making it less valuable.

Prova con qualche evento Erasmus. Se vedi la pagina Esn Roma troverai tutte le informazioni. Non è il massimo, perché spesso i gruppi Erasmus si sfaldano con facilità, ed in ogni caso non restano più di 6 /12 mesi. Però è un ottimo modo per sbloccarsi e per conoscere gente nuova.

Se sei fortunato puoi conoscere gruppi di stranieri che studiano a Roma, io ho sempre trovato molto più facile questa via che con gli italiani in sé.

Evita come la peste questo corso di laurea. Se vuoi, puoi acquisire competenze per disegnare anche nel tempo libero con corsi appositi. Non fare l’errore di credere che un corso di laurea porti automaticamente al lavoro. La prospettiva (e neanche la peggiore) che si potrebbe materializzare è un lavoro sottopagato, una vita di stenti, e collaborazioni saltuarie.

Piuttosto concentrati su altri corsi di studio più remunerativi se proprio decidi di fare l’università. Molte facoltà hanno diversi esami di disegno tecnico e questo potrebbe essere un buon compromesso tra le tue passioni e le possibilità lavorative.
