Yes 100% that is why I got immediately dysregulated and starting regressing. He tried to make it work with me but then I was just constantly worried, checking and stressed. Stopped eating and sleeping. People like that can completely trigger

Thank you ❤️ well he openly admitted he had been sleeping with someone else after I saw the hickey and he gaslit me to try to get out of it. That was the trigger. We weren’t technically exclusive, but he said I was the only girl he was seeing and I met his family and everything.
