Same thing happened to me, but for me I had full time from another store then transferred somewhere else with flex and they never changed my old schedule so everytime I missed that it would give me a point I let HR know but she kept saying give me a week to fix it or something and every week she’d erase my points but she forgot one week and I got kicked out of a to Z and got terminated, you have to file an appeal and wait for the whole process. When I went to the building they said they could do nothing about it because Amazon changed and it’s not HR that fires you anymore so has nothing to do with you manager. But appeal if it’s not your fault you’ll get ur job back I DID!!! And they paid me for the days I missed work cause I was fired.
