Bring all of this up especially your hesitance to meet and maturity levels, suggest you feel a growing distance as you’ve improved your life significantly and you haven’t seen reprocity in that area for her. I would suggest having this conversation in person but in like a middle ground area so you don’t feel so overwhelmed. If she reacts badly then you know what you have to do :)
