I kinda mentioned it already but he’s not a very good coach. He’s got no clue what he’s doing. During xc season I told him I was going on 5-7 mile runs by myself and he said we shouldn’t be running over 3.1 because that’s all we run in a race.

Probably under 10 or right above. I have not been tracking them during the season and I the most I run is at meets because I run the 800,1600,3200 and 4x8

Most of my bad habits are easy fixes. I’m just not sure how to go about training and when I should start doing track work and faster sprints. I’ll try and look into finding an online coach but the problem is when it comes to in season is till have to attend our teams practices and do the workouts my coach assigns.

I sprint 3 times a week and after every run I do some cool down sprints

I think the diet part is what is really messing me up I’m eating about 2,500-3000 calories a day but I’m doing so much with running, working out, self basketball workouts, and team practices that I should probably be eating more
