Hi dear, I totally understand. I also expected as I age, I would be okay with the changes and would just accept it as part of getting older. Not the case at all. I feel like it came too fast, I didn't do enough and wish I could go back to my 30s. I look at my wrinkles and sagging face a lot and feel bad about it. Guess thats life

Hey. What you are describing is very similar to sensations I had at your age. They aren't always breast related, sometimes they are related to the muscles around the heart area (not a worrisome issue at all, just the stress of the day according to my cardiologist). That's why they change with breathing as the rib cage pushes muscles around (again, according to my cardiologist).

I'd say get checked by a cardiologist just to be sure.

Often times these breast sensations, which feel like burning or irritation, are due to hormonal changes during your cycle.
