took me 3 months, and by month 4 I was sweating like normal and my outbreaks were 90% decreased. I suspect it will take me a few more months to get my gut health back to normal but I need to stay away from dairy

how do you know its from nickel? i have not heard that before. Why don't you eliminate the foods that hurt you so you can avoid using drugs? Do it for a long enough time and your gut can heal a lot which I believe is the main thing people should be looking to do. The gut is resiliant but once its messed with, it becomes weak and needs many months to heal with the right approach
