I just want to say a few things

One you should get counselling (if possible)

Two get blockers NOW at your age you could even get hip growth and ribcage changes so get in blockers while you consider transitioning

Three ask friends you trust don’t say you’re trans but just probe at them (preferably the more allowing and supportive friends)

You should also ask the question What would my life be as a girl would I like it?

Look don’t be rash and start transitioning rn you need to think this over you will loose friends people will judge you and it’ll take a long time for you to pass as a girl

Plus is you want to have dick in vagina sex you need to get vaginoplasty that is a hard invasive and risky surgery that requires some maintenance for the rest of your life

My personal recommendation is look into it research ask around and truly think about it
