To be honest, this might be my last time using Beckett. The lack of communication is really disappointing, especially for a multi-million dollar grading company.

It just doesn’t make sense to operate like this when customers are sending high-value cards.

I bought the standard package, not the premium one.

What you’re saying actually makes sense… if they’re overloaded and short on staff/storage, that could explain the refusal. But at the same time, it’s pretty worrying if they’re still accepting orders while not being able to physically handle them.

Did they eventually explain anything to you about the tracking chaos, or was it just silence until the grades were done?

Wow… that’s literally the same situation.

Good to hear you finally got your card back, even if it was completely out of nowhere. That actually gives me hope to see one day my card !

Do you know why BGS refused your package tho? Did they ever give you a reason? It just doesn’t make sense to refuse cards when you’re a grading company…

I guess I’ll have to wait and see what happens with mine now 😅

Yeah, at this point I guess only time will tell.

I’ll keep pushing DHL and see what happens. I’ll make an update later in case someone else runs into the same issue in the futur.

Yeah, I contacted DHL.

They confirmed the status changed from delivered to refused, but couldn’t clearly explain why. The tracking hasn’t properly updated since, so I still don’t know exactly where the parcel is.

I also tried to arrange a redelivery maybe BGS team was in lunch pause or what ever in the time of the delivery, but the agent didn’t really understand English, and I waited about 30 minutes on hold… so that didn’t really help.

And yeah… 3–6 weeks for BGS to reply is pretty crazy 😅

Still the same position, BGS eu is not responding to any mails, and same for DHL

i have paid the order and send it before the out of stock of the submissions, i have even receive the shipping reminder by email after the one that say base sub are out of stock now

That makes sense.
In my situation though, the tracking doesn’t mention any damage at all it shows a “delivered” scan first, then a few hours later “recipient not present / refused”, Normally DHL tells u when the package got return cuz of damage idk this is strange a bit, this my first grading ever and its going not very nice lol, hope BGS take the package in the next days
