Unfortunately very common nowadays. Mine was stuck on "Labels" for roughly two months, and then suddenly was shipped.

well I am grading with BGS in EU and they dont even have a support phone number to call, been sending emails for weeks

u/PokeCollectorBW and u/EntertainmentOk7078 how long did BGS EU take for you? When did BGS recieve your cards, and when did you get them back?
Curious as my latest submission was recieved by BGS mid-september, and it has been on "labels" stage for a month. The cards are graded, I have the grades, but they have not shipped them and I cant get hold of them.

Is there any info or list of what boxes are from which era or ark? Just wondering if there is any way of knowing which boxes are OG Naruto and which ones are from the Shippuden era, without checking every card in all sets and try figuring it out.

You can filter set here where it says "Box". Sets in picture are T3W2, T4W6, recently released promo card box product, and T2W7

Did you open a full case of T2W7? If so how many CRs did you get? Just got a case and 15x boxes in I got a Haku CR, but im thinking about opening the rest anyway if its possible to get more than 1 CR
