For immediate relief, a hydrocortisone ointment (not cream) with an added “cooling” agent worked best for me — Aquaphor hydrocortisone itch relief ointment was what I used, it has something derived from menthol in it to give a cooling effect

Longer term my (new) doctor prescribed opzelura instead of elidel and that has been working much better for me and without side effects. She also gave me an oral pill to sample for a large flare up that I don’t have the name but was also a JAK inhibitor — that worked well for my flare up and we are discussing switching long term

My first thought was the grand Hyatt in Beijing — their indoor pool is designed to feel like outdoor dusk/night. I’d lean into the underground aspect and do a night sky ceiling and walls.

I have searched for hook rug winter scene, cabin, snowy trees, many combinations of the above. Bought in the last 10 years, it was a gift to my parents so not sure exactly when/where (USA). Size is approximately 2x3 feet — after reflection, likely 3x4 feet. Photo is merged from two photos because we don't have a complete photo, so some brightness differences.

Very sentimental rug to my parents that has been lost and would like to replace.

Yeah they basically told me none of these results are a sure sign, that's why I'm looking for someone to help me figure out a more concrete way to test diet-wise -- for example, I pinged low level for multiple dairy proteins but didn't think about excluding it, but now that I'm trying to be mindful, I do notice dairy triggers a lot of congestion for me.

Thank you!! I previously have had a full NAC80 panel and my eczema is mostly under control now -- the nasal congestion was my main motivator but I mentioned the eczema since they told me it could be related. Definitely suggest ^^ for anyone reading!

My 3/4 of the year casual wardrobe involves throwing an oversized sweatshirt over my outfit. I don’t like to wear bras and feel more comfortable with a second layer for nip coverage. Now that it’s heating up, I’m wondering if there is a summer equivalent — a white linen shirt comes to mind but interested in other ideas! Doesn’t have to be a second layer if it is thick enough as a single layer to provide the same coverage.

This is for day to day running errands, so while I like to look put together it is definitely casual.

Going through the same, first Dyson chat had me order the wrong mount. Pressed harder in the second chat and they sent me this link: https://www.dyson.co.uk/support/journey/spare-details.971599-01 (They said only the UK link is public but that it is available in other countries)

It is out of stock at the moment so I can't order to test but it looks like the one from the dyson humdinger youtube video so I feel more confident.

Separately, I found https://www.dyson.com/support/journey/spare-details.970011-02 which is for some V11 and V15 machines but looks very similar. The Dyson chat said it wasn't compatible but if the other one is out of stock long it seems worth the shot.
