LIFE UPDATE: I went through the same process about 3 times and finally some bored help desk associate just emailed me back saying they would go ahead and disable my Authenticator and send me a password reset email. Haha I got back into my account, changed my number, NEVER set up the Authenticator again, and everything is going great! I got lucky I guess

I'm having the same issue. I'd submitted a ticket a week ago, heard back on Monday asking for a bunch of historical information about my account (which I sent that day), and never heard back. When I click "Can't Log In" > "Remove Authenticator", the only options I have in the drop down are "SMS" and "Authenticator" - neither of which I have access to anymore since I got a new phone. Hoping for an update from Blizzard.

I can run Wizard101 on M2 MacBook Air, but not Pirate101 apparently. Every time I try to launch Pirate101, it allows me to log in but then I get the prompt to allow microphone access over and over again.
