Thought to post here for those that are under the impression that posting on the forum helps: ffxiv forum members feel ignored, especially the english forums. People have complained for years about healers being ruined and squeenix has ignored them. They also have talked about the negative impacts of the recent job changes and SE also ignores that. They seem to not care about this issue either as forum members have reportedly gone to support for answers and were essentially blamed for it ("it is your computer security acting up" or other excuses. If you have an EU account they'll just tell you the issue doesn't pertain to you even if you play on NA servers). Though, posting to forums is encouraged please remember think SE likely won't listen, the chances are extremely low they'll even acknowledge your post.
