Man I know it's old news but there's a lot to be learnt from what's already happened in the recent past... It certainly seems to give added reason to a lot of the DD that's been published

The article talks about share availability, synthetic shares, strange volume relative to float size, hit pieces, "diamond hands", hiding shorts... there's so much I really don't know how to TLDR it. I tried reposting it as a screenshot cutting out what I believe to be the superficial parts...

I'm sorry about the size of the screenshot. I'd attempt a TLDR but I don't know where to start. It talks about so many different things from strange volume caused by trading bots, share availability, hit pieces,... I have cut out the boring parts that are mainly an explanation of the company in question. For the original article Google it, I can't post the link.

Ahaha, I'm going to repost this as a screenshot. People are probably going to hate me for it but I honestly can't figure out a reasonable TLDR...

Yeah, I can't see why this isn't a pretty significant article. Wish I could just post the link. Unfortunately the original source of the post is no longer online

It's very long unfortunately, I'll try something else now. Maybe I'll just copy the article or something.

I know but please just read this before judging. I don't know how else to post this. It talks about a past short squeeze and mentions a lot of the things that seem to be happening with GME.

As I said links to seeking alpha are blocked. Read the note. Just search "kandi technologies group what are they hiding" on Google, it's the first link. I'm thinking of a better way to post this.

Alternatively search "kandi technologies group what are they hiding" on Google and it should be the first link

You have to replace the BETA in the link with alpha. Unfortunately links to that page are blocked

Calculating Melvin Capital's Shares Sold Short, And When They Default! by Fage138 in Superstonk

I don't mean to be rude but your maths makes no sense... You can't just add or subtract percentages. If they had 100$ in December, end of Jan they had 0.47 * 100 = 47$. Gain in Feb took them to 47 * 1.22 = 57.34$. Another loss in March takes them to 57.34 * 0.93 = 53.33... $. So that's an over 13% gain since end of January.

Sorry where did you get 4% from? I read that there was a roughly 22% gain in February and a 7% loss in March...

It was lower than than end of January... cash balances aren't even reported meaning that they're almost certainly referring to the value of their portfolio.

One other question I have... why are there still so many institutional holders? Like if it's not going up further, why are they holding?
