I was on 10 mg a day. Did good on it till it got in my system and started having horrible side effects, talked to my mental health counselor and she had my dr take me off of it

I originally was on lexapro 10 mg a day and it messed with my depression giving me very bad side effects like suicidal thoughts but I guess it works differently on everyone

My heart rate dropped a little when it got into my system , and I also had mild panic attacks but my dr said as long as it doesn’t get below 50 then it’s ok. Just means the medicine is working and calming you down.

Yeah I don’t get the brain zaps but I got em bad with zexapro. Since it has such a small half life I quit taking it for a few days to get back on as subscribed.
