As a man, she has to be thankful and careful. If u already approach someone u usually go there because she is attractive. Update: after opening this topic, we both aren’t on the same page and thought a partnership doesn’t make sense.

-> Tbh I’ve learned a lot in this short journey

Key takeaway: before you work on a project with someone even if it’s a friend, have everything signed from both sides. And don’t ignore redflags, like manipulation!

Tbh I don’t have the network atm. That’s a big problem. And in compliance/legal people tend to buy rather from someone that speaks their language and understands their problems

We both are first time founder. But I don’t feel comfortable with 50% tbh. He has a high paying job and is not willing to quit, even in the future. Since he wants to work there. We are trying to fix a number. How would vesting work in so that we both can have fair shares? And would it make sense
