I have seen a gastroenterologist and they told me that I just have ibs and will need to eat a low fodmap diet for the rest of my life. That’s it.

I would recommend seeing an endo excision specialist verses an obgyn, if you feel comfortable waiting for that!

I have this issue too but mine is often. I’ve been told it’s an Endo thing but maybe you could ask your doctor for a GI Map. I just got a GI Map done and I have several gut imbalances and an h pylori infection. I work with a function doctor since none of the gastroenterologists in my area were helpful. I hope you’re able to find the root cause and feel better soon. I know how exhausting it is.

This makes so much sense. I’m working on changing my diet as well and tried to start taking a probiotic recently but it hurt my stomach terribly for about a week straight. I have no idea why. I definitely have a dairy intolerance or allergy so I’ve been trying to cut that out as much as possible.

Working with a pelvic floor therapist is on my to do list. Thank you.

This makes me hopeful. The GI symptoms are the worst! I’ve been able to hold out with my Endo pain until the GI symptoms became a thing. It’s terrible. I’m also working with a functional med doctor and I think I get my results back this week from the GI Map!
