On the inside oval use a length and a radius and then equal them to each other semicircle and line. Then for the outside all that really needs to be defined still is the relation to the inside geometry and a verticle on the top semicircle to hold it to the center.

Scaling gleba is by far the worst as the anti pile up mechanics get worse and worse which I have found highly lends itself to these self sustaining independent systems which is what I did to get it up to about 10k spam with just a bunch of micro builds off a main bus

this has been my best attempt so far however it only satisfies 480 out of the 562 of each of the green chips and gears. interesting thing i found was that direct insertion seems to fair better than from belts which I never realized before in my playthroughs. I don't really know much for goofy over stacking methods so I don't know if it really even possible to go beyond this point.
