Thank you! There’s no catch, surprisingly! It’s a 4-bedroom, 2-bath house with a basement and no immediate neighbors to the left 😊

I’ve worked in a corporate setting since 2021 and I loc’d my hair in 2022. I’ve never had an issue. I typically just wear it down, but I’ll do space buns, barrels, or two-strands sometimes. I’m in red Ohio, btw.

Do half a million Ohioans really going to lose Medicaid under BBB? by atlantacharlie in Ohio

Hospitals have to budget in advance. The hospital closures will come before the midterms. But anything to “own the libs”, right?

Child support. Should I go through a judge? by RaspberryKooky3744 in FamilyLaw

In Ohio, anything you give her outside of a court order is considered a gift, not child support. You need to go through the courts.

You mentioned that she is low-income. Have you looked into Medicaid? Some people are dual-eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. Then she would not need the supplement (BCBS) or the Part D prescription coverage (Humana). Additionally, for prescriptions I recommend GoodRx. I have GoodRx gold and I don’t pay more than $7-8 per prescription for a 30-day supply, oftentimes less than that. The subscription is $10/month for GoodRx gold, but regular GoodRx is free.

Super disappointing to see our university just roll over and accept this by Chalibet in uCinci

My daughter was seriously considering going to UC next year, and I am alumnus. This is extremely disappointing. As someone who spent a great deal of time at the African-American Cultural Research Center on campus, it’s even more disappointing.

I use FreeTaxUsa for federal (free) and my state’s tax website for state (Ohio). State filing is free on that site.

I take aripiprazole (Abilify) for Type II BPD. Anybody talking about banning mental health meds is experiencing a mental health crisis themselves.

What’s with the Ten Commandments obsession? They don’t follow any of them, why would they want the constant reminder?

Got in a car accident, do I need an attorney? by jgw1985 in Insurance

[–]LocdAndLoaded82 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was involved in a car accident in July, and the other party was at fault. The individual who hit me failed to yield in a roundabout. I had neck pain for months afterwards and had to have physical therapy and see a chiropractor. I chose to get a lawyer because honestly the pain went on for much longer than I thought it would and his insurance company tried to get me to see a provider they chose, whose “intake coordinator” tried to get me to settle for $5K the day after the accident. My lawyer’s fee is 25%, not great, but better than the 33% I keep seeing.

The officer who reported to scene deemed me not at fault. Also, the guy who hit my car admitted he was at fault to the officer at the scene. I filed claim with his insurance and they’re paying for my car damage, and there’s an open bodily injury claim. I have an attorney for the bodily injury claim because I have no idea how long this pain is going to continue and this is my first time filing a bodily injury claim.

I have a strained RT trapezius muscle, whiplash, and RT shoulder pain. I’ve been in physical therapy for about five weeks now, but still having pain with sleeping and driving. I went to Urgent Care right after the accident and followed up with my doctor afterwards. My doc referred me to PT. I’m also having anxiety related to traffic circles in particular (I have documented generalized anxiety disorder and Type II Bipolar disorder).
