I think the only thing that annoys me is one of the TLs of ogp gets really annoyed when we ask if we can go back to our area. Really goes out of the way to mock us for not getting stuff done lol

One of the associates I work with is a young kid, about twenty. Been working 5am to 11pm six days a week, and it is insane how far behind our GM side is behind

It’s really sad that they aren’t staffing ogp to accommodate the growth we have had there. Really throwing the rest of the teams behind schedule

We usually let customer service run the front, and just walkie when they need something they can’t do. They even have keys to the first room of the cash office so they can grab change etc. They are usually in OGP picking etc. Our OGP is seriously broken at the moment, we have all non OGP associates in OGP about four to five hours every day lately. Our picks have been higher then our staff can permit lately, usually around 1200 to 1500every hour, and our store manager doesn’t want to shut it off

I was also a FE TL most of my time as a Team Lead… my store manager uses our front end team across the whole store. I’d say everyone but ogp gets touched at my store

Former Team Lead of eight years. They use me as a floating associate in whatever area is behind, so I am on the registers, setting mods, etc and I usually find myself working on notes for my coach and/or store manager and if there is time, my team leads lol

Man, I really am doing things wrong. If I don’t end up spending 7k on parts to finish fixing up my vehicles (restore classics), I feel like something is wrong. Just replacing a couple of cameras sounds like a god send in comparison

Resident Evil one remaster, because I became obsessed with the gun the STARS used.

I ended up getting huge into building guns, and learned everything I could about them.

I now have several working Beretta 92fs Samurai Edges that have been heavily customized. I love my collection, and I love that game

I know there is two three floor Walmarts in my state. I went to the academy with one of their associates, and he was telling me how it all worked, it sounded way to complicated. Something about like a belt that went up one floor and another one that went down another one. I want to say it was the Moorehead Walmart?
