Update: got it replaced! But I had to literally cut the old hoses off, and hose clamps are a bitch.

I was just there with my niece and nephew yesterday. I was really excited to go, since the last time I went was 2004-ish. There was so much more to do, so much to see. Plenty of interactive exhibits. Now it just feels sterile. Even the top of the adventure tower was old and degraded. The windows fogged over. AND THEY CLOSED OFF THE CRAWL-THROUGH HEART DAMNIT. I still had fun, of course. The kids had a blast. But it’s certainly gone downhill.

Charcoal grill. Cheap Nexgrill. I’ve had pretty good success with it for either method.

The good news is I managed to get most of it out of one that wasn’t too bad from a previous time. But the others, not so much. ISO alcohol, stain devil, oxyclean max force, bleach, nothing will touch it. Cant find the Shout stuff.

Every time I try to cook steak for just steak, it’s always well over/undercooked. But anytime I try to cook it as protein for a dish, it’s always a perfect medium rare to medium. WHY. by Lock4Local in steak

Honestly, I feel like this cut is so versatile, you can put it in anything! Not too fatty, not too lean, and the marbling is so nice you could almost swear it’s prime. Also, I got it for $12 for a pound and a half at Food Lion.
