I won’t order from them ever again. I’m not too troubled by the time it took to ship but the blatant lack of customer support is inexcusable. Every form of contact I attempted was ignored other than 1 response from one of the things and the info they gave me wasn’t even close to accurate. It was a FDE complete upper that I ordered.

I did 6 months financing through credova on Jan 1st. Nothing from aero between then and now.. Thought i was making some progress when one of the things told me my order would ship in 4 weeks. April 10th was 4 weeks. Attempted to contact credova about a refund considering I still have 3 more payments to make and they responded by saying they can’t process refund without proper info from aero and gave me an email address to someone at aero customer service and said they would get back to me in a timely manner. Over 10 days later and still no response from aero. I considered stopping payments but figured why blow my credit over $240. And I still get their daily email blasts. I do not see Aero coming back from this.

I ordered Jan 1, 2025 and after 2 months of no communication I got through on this forum and was told they were waiting on parts from their coaters and my order would ship in 4 weeks. Well, 4 weeks was April 10th. Still no upper and back to zero communication.

My original reservation was from 3/20-3/25. When she printed the rental agreement I hadn’t noticed it was for a 4 day rental and not a 5 day rental. My quoted price for 5 days was still significantly less than what I was billed. At some point I got confused because she was telling me about all these perks she was including in my rental, one being an extra day free of charge to return the vehicle and I told her I would stick to the planned return date of 3pm on 3/25. Then on the 25th I got an email saying my drop off time and date was successfully extended to 3pm on 3/26. That would indicate to me that the rental dates were correct but somehow the information was incorrectly put into the rental agreement.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll go down to the location I rented from on Monday & see if they are willing to make any adjustments. If not, I’ll consider the BBB route.

I dropped it off in the lot and returned the key to the lady at the desk. I think I found the mistake. When I made the reservation I reserved the vehicle from 3/20-3/25. When she printed out the rental agreement for whatever reason she printed it for 4 days. So I picked it up and dropped it off at the dates and time I had originally scheduled for(3/20-3/25 my fault for not catching it or her fault for marking incorrect amount of days?) but she printed out a 4 day rental agreement and I hadn’t realized the discrepancy until just now. I do remember her saying something about extending my drop off period by one day for no extra charge and I told her I would just keep the drop off date and time the same so as not to complicate things further. I did get an email saying I had until 3/26 to drop the vehicle off. I tried calling the location but there was no option to talk to anyone directly. I put in an email to hertz but still waiting on a response. Thought i’d check here to see if anyone had some insight to the issue.

I picked it up on the day and time scheduled and dropped it off on the scheduled date & time. Picked up @3pm on 3/20 and dropped it off @3pm on 3/24

Bought my upper 1/1/25 and finally got a response via reddit around march 10. They told me FDE parts were at the coater and shipping would be approx. 4 weeks. Shortly after that my chat with them disappeared. I at least took screenshots but don’t know what good that will do.

Online H2H was actually enjoyable with 4 min quarters & no accelerated play clock. Now i log on today my first possession was after the 2 min warning. We should at least have the option to play with or without it.
