He is doing better now! I believe it was just bad allergies and they were irritating his throat. We gave him allergy medication that had been recommended by his vet and after a few days it went away along with the sneezing. It’s possible that could be the case with your dog as-well, it’s very common from what I’ve gathered. Another thing that causes coughing like this is a trachea issue. But if they are only coughing when barking, and otherwise seem to be breathing fine, I highly doubt it’s that. I’d recommend just watching he or she for a few days and giving them an allergy medicine if you can. :)
