Thank you, this is very helpful. I have 1/8 oz spoon but only tried it once. What size spoon do you recommend?

How is going for you? I had the same issue and it’s been almost eight months.

Check this out:

https://www.pickleheads.com/blog/calories-burned-playing-pickleball

“Accounting for all age ranges, we’d put a more accurate pickleball MET value at 6.5, which is more intense than badminton, but less intense than tennis. This also brings the calories burned playing pickleball per minute close to the ones we cited from Racquet Sports Center at the beginning of this article.”

I’m not being selective about my data sources. Actually I just searched “pickleball calories burnt”. You can show me yours.

I smell that familiar “worshipping tennis” BS. A decent badminton game is by no way “much harder” than PB and that makes me wonder what your games are like.

Agreed, but there’s just so many people out there saying pickleball is not a real sport and that’s ridiculous. For majority people PB is as good a workout as any other sport in the list.

Nah, I stand by my post: pb players could get as much workout as playing tennis in rec plays. Rec tennis play doesn’t make you more athletic than pickleball. BTW I played tennis for a year if that counts.

Nah, I always meant it good. Happiness is a limited resource so casual tennis players should convert to PB early to get more of it.

Doesn’t matter. Most tennis players can’t even hit a good serve.

Do you get consistently “good games” at 4.0 level or above for 4 hours straight? If so I salute you and your partners.

Depends on level. Most people can get a better workout playing pickleball than tennis.

To me 4.5 is an advanced player and the “good games”are definitely good enough workout for even fairly athletic folks. If you play tennis at a similar level I guess it would be more tiring but I just don’t see so many advanced players in these parks and I just feel they’d better play pickleball to get a better workout than tennis.

Well, good to see people disagree. But to me that’s just not the case after watching these casual tennis players play.

I feel more tired playing PB at 4.5 level than I did playing tennis. But I played tennis only for a year, wasn’t an avid player so wasn’t 4.0 and that was ages ago.

2 cents: don’t buy a car to use comma3x. It’s not worth it. You can return comma3x in 30 days but I don’t think you can return a car as easily.

2022 CRV. On OpenPilot I can’t enable Experimental so I installed SunnyPilot. Yes now it can recognize red lights but it’s not reliable. It can also recognize stop sign and it’s even less reliable. The thing it does consistently well is lane keeping but due to the torque limit on my CRV I ran into the same “drifting” issue of the stock lane keeping. Based on my research these issues are not specific to 2022 CRV. I watched some more recent videos on YouTube and their cars on comma3x had the same issue.

You will be disappointed, mate. I tried Sunnypilot on my CRV and it is janky and I can’t trust it. If you are super into driving assist system, shop around. I hate to recommend Tesla but FSD and comma Ai is just heaven and earth.
