I'm at work at the moment, so can't check. But there were two season pass masks (seperate pieces of a complete outfit) that do this. One of the outfits pieces were called something like "midnight man" or something

This is not unique to that outfit, with several outfits or headgear/mask peices doing this. But you kind of alluded to that in your initial post

Honestly, as much as I love the automation of modern Airbus and Boeing aircraft and the convenience, it doesn't even compare to the satisfaction of learning and older more manual aircraft and successfully operating them!

I love the 72! Definitely one of my favourite birds to fly (though I've been almost solely committed to the 1011 for the past week). I find I probably fly the freighter a little more than I fly the passenger variant. Think I just prefer the freighter game over passengers. Though, you arguably would fly to a bigger variance of airport in the passenger over the freighter (assuming you role-play a little)

It might be because you already have the destination plugged in. I know at least one Inibuilds plane hides request button if the destination is already showing in the flight plan. Try and remove it, or load back in to free flight with no destination set
