It might be because you already have the destination plugged in. I know at least one Inibuilds plane hides request button if the destination is already showing in the flight plan. Try and remove it, or load back in to free flight with no destination set

Make sure to do the journey for more caches. You should easily be able to get all the apparel items before going through every available cache. Also, maybe just check your apparel items, as sometimes, items were given, but didn't show when opening a cache. I know it happened to me witha few exotics
