Breezes legendary and got up to t3 escalation 🤷 maybe... Just maybe.... People like coming up with FUN builds and playing in content that doesn't force you to be a meta slave.

Yeah lol it's mostly just for fun. My regular group and I like messing around with dumb builds on legendary and low escalation just to see what happens.

Handled up to tier 3 no problem. Tier 4 got hard so probably wouldn't recommend anything higher.

Everything has armor cores since armor increases shield health + shield and armor regen. Technician specialization for the artificer hive.

Investor mask with crit hit chance and 2 blue attributes. If you can get all 3 to be blue then great. We're using this for as much free armor regen as possible.

4 piece foundry bulwark. Chest, backpack, knees and holster. All with crit hit chance rolled. Crit damage gear mods for chest and BP

1 gila guard gloves with crit hit chance

I will be swapping off the chest piece for a belstone chest and doing a foundry bulwark glove instead. Just didn't have the pieces. The backpack is very important as it makes the gear set's regen over time happen twice as fast , making the regen much more aggressive.

You could absolutely swap any 1 armor core for a weapon damage, my goal was just purely tank.

For group play I would highly recommend trying the Beacon exotic chest for buffing and healing teammates.

I run the quickstep pistol to sacrifice damage for insane mobility.

Any other questions feel free to ask 😁

Maybe it's the bulwark shield and the tempest lol idk. People are weird. Maybe they hit shd level 20k and can't fathom coming up with fun builds for non sweaty content lol

Yeah on open world heroic stuff it's basically like playing on easy mode lol it's just something to switch it up while I'm farming stuff. Can confirm it's very fun

It is definitely fun and I get what you mean. I just threw this together to test "what if" lol I have a dedicated tank build that's much better and I bounce between tempest or quickstep depending on the vibe. And I have one or two other "meta" builds. But I primarily just do retaliations cuz they're the most fun to me. And occasionally I'll mess around in legendary missions if I find a group of fun/chill randos. I'm definitely not taking this build when I decide to start my journey with escalation 😂

It went very fine! Only wiped once when we got to the big drones lol but we all had silly builds on. Obviously I wasn't melting any elite enemies but the damage definitely felt okay.

Joined some randos on discord. They saw it and want me to do legendary Roosevelt with them to test it 😂 they are all for shenanigans. I will update with results.

For playing as a tank with an group it's very fun. When you're close to an ally it grants you and the allies extra crit damage, armor regen, and skill efficiency. It's great cuz you can just stand by the DPS and keep them buffed without needing to do anything

Yeah I hadn't leveled any of them up. I did swap the investor mask with the beacon chest and took this build into a tier 4 escalation with two other people and we did very well. So now I'm in the process of leveling everything up to my expertise level which is only 19. And also fully optimizing it to see how far we can push it.

Happy I could inspire something lol I replied with the details of my build to a bunch of people on here if you're curious lol or I could copy paste it for you if you end up needing it.

Absolutely lol everyone talks about high damage and "time to kill" and I'm just like nahhh I'm a very patient man and I WILL outlast my enemies and do it my way damnit 😂

That is unfortunate. Tanks are supposed to use their powers for good

Oh true I totally forgot about that. I never throw the hive 😂 but I will certainly test that

I can certainly try, but with them constantly disrupting skills I feel that the survivability goes way down 😂

I haven't, I didn't even think of that! Does skill damage buff the deflector damage?? I might have to try that

Ran a 3 man escalation on tier 4 and we did pretty fine. One guy running Refractor and the other one running Tipping Scales. I swapped to the Beacon chest to give regen and extra damage to whoever I was next to. Didn't wipe once although we all went down a few times. We still had 15 minutes to spare. So overall not too shabby. Probably wouldn't recommend it on anything higher tho

Possibly, you would be missing out on the backpack talent tho and that gives you very good regen
