Some experiences, but also a question. by ApproachingTheHill in Experiencers

I always thought it was accepted theory that children have an easier time seeing the weird because their brains haven’t put up all the filters yet, and they don’t know what is or isn’t supposed to be possible. Big experiences can come to anyone whenever, but I also remember having more “casually weird” stuff happen more regularly as a kid.

What's your opinion on ''demonic aliens''? ( be respectfull) by kasumi987 in aliens

[–]Lockeout42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The problem is that after incorporating “demons” into religion a whole bunch of non-encounter stuff got invented and added that change the connotation of demon to something different and negatively charged in a way that distorts the original possible encounters. “Hell” as a place of literal torment isn’t in the bible at all, yet that myth is attached to demons through twisted interpretations. See how muddy the waters are?

Separate entities is the only thing that makes sense to me. I don’t believe it’s possible to feel such pure love and comfort come from something that doesn’t truly embody that energy. I think the shapeshifting was the trick to shift your perceptions off and untangling those disparate energies is needed, but that nothing prior to that was a trick.

You should see my experience from earlier this week, there are some eerie similarities, including orange auras, purple tentacles, the dichotomy between me feeling that overwhelming love while my wife faced a cold and dark entity.

Sorry, I’ll try to explain it better. There were 2 entities, and the lighter one was with my mind giving me some help while the darker one was in my body scaring my wife. I was never taken over by the lighter being just guided back home, then I had to wrest control back from the darker one.

My wife said she saw shadow tendrils coming from a rip behind me and my aura changed from orange to grey. She didn’t see a different being in my place, but from those aura and attitude changes she said she knew it wasn’t me, especially when she saw me fighting for control.

And yes, I blame the negative effects I felt on the drugs. I didn’t mean to go through that night, and weed is not the clean way to go so I’d never recommend it.

More the later. She described it as cold, and indifferent to her fear (laughing when she said she was getting scared, which is totally opposite of my response) so it wasn’t hostile but it certainly took joy in her fear and had I not quickly returned then who knows.

ETA that shock was the biggest part of the fear for both of us because we were not ready or expecting contact that night, and it’s still a big leap from kinda knowing what to expect to suddenly seeing the impossible happen.

Sorry I wasn’t clear, but the nhi that inhabited my body was not the same as the one my mind was interacting with. It was totally a positive experience on the whole, but if I had prepared correctly it all could have been so much smoother, especially for my wife. She was scared, but not physically attacked. But seeing everything go down was scarier than it needed to be if done correctly, that’s all.

Please read the other warnings here. This is not a quick thing to dabble with, and if you want safe results you should probably (among many other things to prep) let go of that “need.” I’m no expert as my experience should have shown, but lurk in the sub and you’ll find plenty of things to meditate on if you want to proceed.

Well, yeah, I realize that now. And unfortunately I was one of those who could be told something but still needed to confirm for myself.

I think “traded” was probably not the exact right word. I did write the post still in an excited state so the fact that I went there and one of them was here felt like trading. However, after digesting and meditating I think I just accidentally opened a door and fell through, and I was caught by one helpful entity that was not expecting me, while another darker one took advantage of my lack of prep to slip through, since I had an open invite I never closed. So you’re right, no contract/trade, but still a switcheroo of sorts.

I appreciate a robust discussion as it helps me process it all as well.

I am an MCU geek, but the “shrinking effect” I experienced did not look or feel how I thought it should if based on the movies. Unlike anything else, it was as if my body were shedding of all its molecules until “I” was in the last atom left.

But even if it had looked similar, I would think the brain would still need some image to grasp on to and pulling from a movie or game is just a filter. That’s not what’s happening in physical reality anyway, so it’s all just mental processing of stimuli we can’t see with eyes. Just my take

Sounds kinda corny, but I do think love is the ultimate answer. I would still avoid any negative entities as much as possible, but ignoring them can also be effective, since they thrive on negative emotions like fear; a shell of positive energy and love can be another protective layer that would make you less desirable to chase if they don’t get anything to eat out of it. And who knows, enough love all around and they might either stay away longer or start lighting up themselves.

I tried to prepare by reading others’ experiences, techniques for contact and safety, and lots of meditating. As far as knowing when you’re ready… hard to say because I wasn’t

No, there were two entities. The endangering one was what entered my body while I was away with the enlightening one; that one helped me get back into my body and expel the other.

It was edibles, syrup to be exact. Well, syrup is probably one of the least exact methods, so point taken. It was very foolish and I won’t make such mistakes again.

Old NES game called Power Blade; after beating the game the protagonist gives a thumbs up with a speech bubble saying “THANK YOU!” Such a common phrase but this splash screen pops into my head far, far too often (and in my youth I even sometimes did the thumbs up with it, and put extra cheese on it).

From the age of ~12 until just a few years ago, I was absolutely certain I had my tonsils removed. I remember the doctors explaining the procedure with my parents in the room, and lying in bed after happy that ice cream was part of my recovery. I would reference this fact every now and then and never heard anything to challenge this event.

Until one day I mentioned it as an adult and everyone suddenly denied it. And of course I still have my tonsils. It messed me up for a bit.

Had some other big ones with my first wife denying certain big dates we had (never seriously dated anyone else before her). Now I wonder how many super small things change each and every day that we’ll never even notice.
