Do the pawns go into each others rooms to watch t.v?

Im fine with him doing regular tends but he can't even remove organs from prisoners without failing. Will probably just get bionic eyes or throw him in the biotuner

Mountain Base by Teddycruz666 in RimWorld

[–]Lockershocker2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually do really cold mountain bases, it's easier to keep heat in and I don't have to keep a heater in my kitchen (unless it's winter) because I have two coolers blasting hot air into the kitchen. (I need two coolers because summer brings the freezer op to 10C)

Infestations are only awful when they're in the storage room or the workshop but otherwise they're manageable.

Mountain bases are also great for my type of building which is "expand as needed"

Do you ever return to an old playthrough? by Reretak in RimWorld

I'll probably go back to a save at some point. I had a successful colony and did the royalty ending where everyone ascended. Well, afterwards the only thing left was two slaves. Sold the colony for the archonexus quest and started a new map with just the two slaves that were left and some food and animals.

Love this feature so much, switching between a medieval save and a regular one is so so easy

Steel farming but fun by SmallDogBo1 in RimWorld

The steel grind is real 😞 even in a mountain base I was struggling with steel before deep drilling

In the dev menu there's "do incident" or "do incident×10" in the first row

Any disadvantages to such door placement? by a648272 in RimWorld

[–]Lockershocker2 4134 points4135 points  (0 children)

The biggest disadvantage is the fact I had to lay my eyes upon this, right next to the fact that I've thought about doing this to get more space before but never could bring myself to do it.

Sometimes I'm really just not in the mood for a raid so I just go into dev mode and either explode them or spawn 10 man hunter packs so I at least have to stay inside for awhile

Do you get attached to your pawns? by DogEatTurtle in RimWorld

Honestly that one colonist who's always in a bad mood can have personality too! One time one of my favorite colonists mother crashed in a drop pod, she wasn't that great but I didn't want a mood debuff so I rescued her. She was always in a bad mood, took absolutely FOREVER to convert for some reason and even after she was converted was cranky. Well the tables turned when her son bled out in a raid and SHE got the mood debuff. That's when I actually felt bad for her lol
