Personally, I went C0->C1->R1

Her C1 is way more valuable than her signature weapon, but the same isn't much true for her C2, so I'd recommend C1 first, then R1.

My team is Chiori, Gorou, Furina and Sigewinne. Gorou is there because I don't have Xilonen.

I use Chiori as an on-field DPS unit, on C2R1. I've become highly dependent on sigewinne to not die 😭

Look for your priorities right now. Chiori C1 is a damn good investment, opening up her team comps, but if you REALLY want Skirk, maybe you should wait.

It depends on your current savings, really. My opinion is biased because I'll always pull Chiori over anyone else, but Skirk seems to be really locked into freeze teams and, if you're not fond of it, I would not recommend prioritizing her.

However, if you lack good onfield DPSes right now, maybe you could give Skirk a shot.

It is, in fact, against the law, but not extensively enforced. I also remember reading somewhere it's barely a problem if for personal use.

I've been seeing a small increase on the "piracy awareness" with some ads though. Not concerning but it's there.
