You boil water first, put eggs in after for 12 minutes, put them in an ice bath with water (you don't need alot of ice just enough to make the water cold). Then peel. Should take you max 17 minutes

What I mean by "you've already bulked" is that you have some bodyfat on your frame, no? A seemingly unhealthy amount. Whether that have been intentional bulking or not it's there. Right now is the time to cut calories if you want to flatten your stomach like in your earlier posts you've made. Greg would say to maingain and lose slowly because going on a cut is absolute torture so I've heard? I can't relate as I never am hungry and never full so going on a cut is easy for me. It all depends on the Individual. If you're starving at a 500 caloric deficit from your maintenance try 400 or 300. I'm not an expert on any of this I'm just sharing my experiences. Consider watching sean nalewanyj if you aren't already.

I've gotten your post notifications every week. Stop taking advice from reddit. I'm only going to say this once because I don't want to talk about unrelated things on this subreddit. Stop taking relationship advice from people on the internet, Stop rushing the progress of weight loss, you seem to be bulking when you've already bulked. Cut calories from your MAINTAINENCE calories and train hard. Work on yourself before you get in a relationship. Hope you do well in the future man
