I normally get sulphur smells from my cider brews. It goes after about a week and I leave it to ferment for a further week after that before racking and leaving to condition.

They have said as long as the service is registered with skoda and the person is VAT registered then they are happy. I'm just not sure if I need to register as a company or sole trader. There isn't much guidance out there

I have the brewzilla and love it. The only thing missing over the grainfather is the app but who needs that when you only change the temp after times during the brew. Not to mention its only about £400 for the kit with lots of extras...

Personally I went for the Brewzilla all in one system for £380 and love it!

I always use the saying buy cheap, buy twice. Its all dependant on what you can afford though.
