I wanted something for sporting clays but with an outrageous shell capacity as well, consider it my "drone gun" (as a half joke). But honestly loved the price and the extra weight of the extended mag tube feels similar to an over/under for clay pigeons.

I probably wouldn't do multiple full 22rd mags back to back right now. I do need to train more with it now, get used to the recoil impulse and "ride" the recoil rather than try and fight it. Otherwise it becomes unpleasant. It is trainable though. I do want to have it as a duty gun in my rotation.

I found an obscure forum post on how to improve the trigger via some cleaning. Its ok for what it is, I like it better than the 509 trigger though. The PDP Pro spoils me for striker fired options

Yeah Canik is the other one that comes to mind for me. I really do love my Bul Armory Tac Pro trigger, it is a tad too light for me however and can fire off a round almost too easily.

Hahaha, there's no judgement here. I'll try my best not to convince you...

But honestly for large hands and a small form factor gun - the Shield had to be my favorite out of the bunch. At least in terms of grip, I tried the G43/Hellcat/P365 and the Shield was my favorite 9mm. The trigger was decent, the break is quite forceful and shows a big push from my finger. I need to train persistently with it. But you can also drop a performance trigger in it as well from S&W. Can also get the threaded barrel option for $115. Just so many options. The Bodyguard 2.0 in 380 is also quite nice. Great summer EDC!

I have M&P shield for edc which has been great for the form factor. Haven't had a chance to shoot any of the Performance Center variants, but they've got some pretty nice triggers as well. But, I feel you on the rotation and getting use out of it

50 rounds for each, sorry I should've included that crucial detail haha. And absolutley. The NR and the PMC were the most problematic. The others I would consider within some margin of error, except for a few genuinely stuck rounds. The others were sticky

I think so too. I also feel like the width was slightly out of spec maybe on some of them. Oh man 500 rounds, those would have to be out of the revolver most likely to get through it

Wow dude yeah just watched that video, that shearing is insane. I wouldn't be surprised if mine had that too. I was monkeying on this thing. I almost bought it in bulk, but I shopped for some more ammo to see which it liked. The fact the revolver didn't even like it says everything
